Waterjet #1
One of two waterjets on site. The waterjet is a state of the art CAD/CAM machine that uses a high pressure stream of water with garnet abrasives. This combination has the abitlity to cut through metals, glass, stone, marble, tile, plastic, wood and composites. Ours is a 20HP unit capable of cutting through 3" thick steel with an incredibly smooth finish. Because it is CAD drive it can cut an endless array of patterns of virtualy any scale.

Waterjet #2
The waterjet has serveral major advanages over alternate cutting methods including: no heat affected zone, close tolerance (.01), minimum KERF loss, large range of thickness, five different quality ranges, economical small runs, accepts a .DFX or .DWG file, letter cutting in over 300 fonts
